STEP ONE
Register with the State of Hawaii
Before your telemedicine consultation, you need to create an account with the Hawaii Department of Health. This is a free process done through their official portal.

Visit myhawaii.gov and create a free account if you don't already have one

Apply at MedMJ.ehawaii.gov
Complete the medical cannabis registry application

Upload Government ID
Submit a valid Hawaii state ID or driver's license

Pay $38.50 State Fee
Pay the required registration fee to the Hawaii DOH

STEP TWO
Book & Complete Your Telemedicine Consult
Once you've submitted your state application, book your telemedicine appointment with Dr. Mandris. The entire consultation is done online, no office visit required.

STEP THREE
Download Your 329 Card
Once Dr. Mandris certifies you, the Hawaii Department of Health will approve your application within 1 to 3 days. You'll then be able to download your official 329 Card.

Hawaii DOH sends confirmation once your certification is processed

Log in to MedMJ.ehawaii.gov to download your official card
Access Dispensaries or Grow
Carry your card + photo ID to purchase from licensed dispensaries
You're Now Legal!
Your 329 Card allows you to purchase cannabis at any licensed Hawaii dispensary, possess up to 4 ounces, and grow up to 10 plants at a registered grow site.
